Samolet is a major real estate developer that doesn’t just build housing; it creates entire neighbourhoods with well-thought-out infrastructure and digital products for residents.


The ESH team reevaluated the key components of the brand identity. At the core of our approach is the idea of a home as the centre of a person’s life — a place that attracts people, events, and emotions.


To convey a warmer brand image, we also updated the typography. The combination of CoFo Sans grotesque and the expressive Robert italic creates a more dynamic and lively typesetting system. It helps create a hierarchy, emphasise key meanings, and keep the audience engaged throughout communication.


We also reimagined the motion design and the brand’s signature frame element. It now seems to rotate around a central axis, which becomes a symbol of balance and a focal point of attraction.
